Welcome to Brazil

Hey, for you that have the most different interests in Brazil lets make a instroduction. First of all it´s in America, South America. Brazil is the fifth country in world when we are analyzing area, ninth in economy and it has about 207 million people living here. lets know a little bit of each region, but we gonna comeback later to talk about all their characteristocs.

Brazil has five regions, South, North, Southeast, northeast and midwest. It has 26 states but despite it a few ones concentrate, 65% of all that the country produces. 

Speak about this country is specially hard considering that it´s almost a continent, so each region has it owns caracteristics. North is known for Amazonas jungle, the biggest in the world. A lot of people of this region has indian descent and in the most part of region rain almost all year.

Midwest in know for pantanal (another jungle like Amazonas but with details we gonna explore soon), midwest is a source of food, there are a lot of farms in this region, meat, soy, corn, are examples of what you can find there. Braziil´s capital Brazilia it is here.

South, is a famous produce of meat, you can find a lot of villages of european descents, there is not much to talk about it now but soon when we talk about culture and food you gonna see that its quite different of rest. It´s the coldest region, in winter (despite people can imagine) you can see thermometers reaching 0 degrees or less.

Northeart, it´s one of the most know regions for foreigners, it is the hottest region concentrate some of most beautiful beachs in the world, most know are: Fortaleza, Salvador, Recife, Porto de Galinhas, Porto Seguro and Fernando de Noronha. The weather in northeast is almost of a desert, you have a 35/40 degrees in 11 months in the year, this makes tourism become a great source of money for region.

For last, Southeast, here it is 65% of brazilian economy, is know as brazilian locomotive, specially São Paulo but in this regions there are also Espirio Santo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. Well, Rio is very famous for their beach, Carnaval, Sugar Loaf, Christ´s statue and its violence.

If there is one thing every visitant likes here it is Brazilian food, each region has its own typical dishes, but all of them are very delicious and if you are for instance in São Paulo you can easily eat all these dishes.
